For best results from the course there will be home work and practice every week. We have seen fantastic results in previous courses.

The many Breath techniques include Super-ventilation (the Wim Hof Method is the most well-known variation) Pranayama (yogic breathing practice) Functional/Scientific breathing, Breathing for health, Breathing for performance and mobility for optimum breath. We will also dive into hormetic stress with heat shock and cold thermongenis. Week after week putting into practice the understanding of the science on a personal level.
